Your correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days and investigated thoroughly. You will receive a response within 14 days, unless we have notified you that the investigation may require longer, in which you will be advised of the expected extended timescale.
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the outcome or response provided, you can request this to be escalated. If you remain unsatisfied at the final stage of our in-house complaint procedure (or more than 8 weeks have elapsed from when your complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from the Property Redress Scheme.
